My 8 year old son, found this video which I wanted to share with you. The video is about 7 minutes but enjoyable to watch. Give yourself a break....
While you are watching it let your mind go, or just listen to the music. My birthday is March 11th and I am a Pisces, so I can watch water all day.
Breath in and out deeply five times. Then think about the five things you want to accomplish tomorrow when you start your new day. Download the document in the link below to use tomorrow.
Have a wonderful Memorial Day, and allow yourself to relax and recharge for next week.
Have a great week and long week-end with your family!
Yours,

Watch the video as I open the box with my new Job Search book............
This book is dedicated to my father, who was he first author in our family. His birthday is today, May 16th. Happy Birthday Dad!
"This book is dedicated to Ramon Jan Elias, my wonderful father, the first author in our family. He was a man who loved his fellow mankind and lived his life with integrity and honor. He was a true renaissance man and on of the most gracious people I have ever known. My first mentor. This one's for you, Dad.

Today I approved the "proof" of the book. They are saying 2-8 weeks for it to be in your local stores and online. I will keep you posted. Also I will send you the information to ask your local librarian to order it for you. They are usually pretty good about taking suggestions from their patrons.
Don't forget to read the 4 tips below on on to work with disappointment during your job search after you watch this great 2:18 min video.
This about the way the wisdom in this video can also be applied to you and your job search.
Stay in the game, get back up and back in the game. Keep you goal in mind and keep working on getting better and closer to achieveing it by landing that next great job.
A job search consists of a lot of ups and downs, small triumphs and disappointments working toward the final goal, of landing that next great job.
I discovered some simple tips by the author Cheryl Richardson on the subject that I wanted to share with you today.
Richardson suggests that in times of disappointments that you ask yourself the following four questions:
Which part of me is this loss supposed to strengthen?
Job Search question: How is this job search making me a better and stronger person in terms of my motivation, ambition and resolve to find that next great job?
2.What can I learn from this?
Job Search question: What am I learning about myself and professionally while I am doing my job search that is leading me toward a better job search final decision?
3.Who can help me transform this loss into gain?
Job Search question: Who can I be helping and networking with to help me become a better person and grow through this transition?
4.How can what I’ve learned help me help others?
Job Search question: How can I share what I have learned and am learning in my job search with others, so they can benefit from what I have learned and save them time, and improve their job search?
In her book Body + Soul, she writes, “When we get to the other side of a letdown, there awaits a great opportunity to use what we’ve learned in service to ourselves and others.”
Bear fruit with patient endurance. (Luke 8:15)
Have a great week!
Remember to find the positive side of what you are coping and going through.
I always say to myself, “There has to be a reason, I am supposed to being going through this. There must be something that a Higher Power wants me to learn and become a better person helping others and making a difference in this world.”
Blessings,

One of my readers shared the video listed below with me, that they felt also was inspiring regarding the topic of "Adversity". Rick you are right. Great video! Thank you for sharing that with everyone.
